I am Alix Némorin, coach and founder of Nexus Momentum. I support not only business leaders, but also individuals going through life transitions marked by uncertainty or chaos. My approach is based on clarity, structure, and autonomy, helping each person find their bearings and move forward with confidence.

Before becoming a coach, I was the general manager of a factory undergoing major transformation. There, I learned that periods of change, whether personal or professional, are above all human adventures. It is this experience that I now put at the service of those who are going through sometimes destabilizing transitions—career changes, reorientation, personal crises, or searches for meaning—to help them turn these moments into opportunities for growth and maturity.

As a passionate musician, saxophonist, and bassist, I find in jam sessions the very spirit of my coaching: listening, improvising, and creating harmony together, even when the score isn’t written in advance.
