what is it about

Supporting autonomy on an individual basis during a time of transition is a co-construction process.

This process relies on a collaborative relationship and is directed by the goals and outcomes you establish.

It seeks to enable you to enhance your abilities, your know-how, and social skills in order to better adjust to your surroundings.

The coach provides an area for introspection and questions that can assist you in making decisions regarding your difficulties. He facilitates change by enabling you to own the actions required for your transformations.

being coached

The support approach is intended for anyone who wants to:

  • increase their self-awareness and confidence
  • feel better when interacting with others
  • better handle the difficulties of family life
  • think through and handle life transitions
  • make decisions pertaining to their personal and/or professional lives
  • enhance their time management
  • get ready to tackle a particular project
  • or any other area where you’re feeling stuck.

By stepping back from your current point of view, you will determine and put into practice the methods and techniques that will enable you to see things more clearly and resume your forward motion.
