As an engineer by training, I’ve held a variety of positions in businesses, eventually rising to the position of general manager. In each of my previous roles, my main asset was the ability to create a safe environment for my colleagues, allowing them to confidently develop and exercise their skills.

At the same time, I became interested in my own personal development, searching for the most effective tools and methods for humanistic leaders.

In search of my place and contribution to the world, I discovered my operating mode through excellence of action workshop with Joel Guillon. I immediately recognized the operating mode discovery as a key to allowing everyone to find their place more quickly, to understand what unique contribution they could make to the world, and to know the best circumstances for them to find enjoyment through action. So I trained in his method, and it is now an integral part of my approach.
